Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is processed, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price. Please note that if your order has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow our standard return procedure upon receiving the item.

To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order number. We recommend sending your cancellation request via email to ensure prompt processing. Refunds for canceled orders will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after the cancellation is confirmed.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. You must also provide proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order confirmation email.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA number may experience processing delays. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

Refunds

Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it to verify that it meets our return policy requirements. Once approved, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we process it. For payments made via credit or debit card, refunds will be credited to the original card used for payment.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary. Some financial institutions require additional time to process the refund before it appears in your account.

If you've confirmed with your bank that the refund hasn't been processed, please contact our customer service team with your order number and payment details. We will investigate the matter and provide you with an update within 3 business days. In cases where a refund was issued but not received, we may need to coordinate with your payment provider to resolve the issue.
